User research became my calling. I'm captivated by the act of helping teams peer into the minds of their users, illuminating their journeys, uncovering hidden frictions, and ultimately crafting experiences that truly resonate.

My superpower? Seeing the world through multiple lenses. Having both conducted and consumed user research from various angles (marketing, content, design, product), I can anticipate the needs of each team and bridge the communication gap.

But I'm not just a data cruncher. My innate curiosity fuels my deep dives into user insights, while my analytical prowess transforms data into actionable stories that guide teams towards achieving their business goals.
